Themes
1. Not being fast enough to get the (food) chunk (right) because of lack of muscle activity due to not enough calcium in the blood.
2. Not being fast enough to get rid of the lump (left) due to lack of calcium.

CA phase
Increased function, increased cells in parathyroid gland.
Biological utility
Increase in parathormone production for enhanced muscle activity.
Symptoms
Enlarged parathyroid gland, hard goiter with hyperparathyroidism.
PCL phase
Normalization of function. Decomposition of the extra cells by fungi or TB bacteria would be normal. Often, however, the thickenings remain and become encapsulated.
Symptoms
Thyroiditis in the presence of fungi or TB bacteria.
Hanging healing or many relapses: (too) low parathormone level (see also endoderm).
