Living in Confidence

How the Mind Controles the Body

Tendons and ligaments
Tendons go from muscle to bone, ligaments from bone to bone.
Self-devaluation conflicts (SDC) and breakups often go hand-in-hand. Although one is not in immediate mortal danger with an SDC, any problem that manifests itself physically or mentally is related to a fear of survival. In an SDC, there is a fear that one will not be accepted by the group if one is not good enough. This is a separation issue and if one is "rejected," a life-threatening situation does arise, see ectoderm. Thus, because of the SDC, separation conflict lurks and one wants to avoid that.

Whether it involves the left or right side of the body depends on biological dexterity.
Theme
Eigenvalue infringement. The exact conflict content depends on the location on the body, see the skeleton at new mesoderm below.
CA phase
Degradation of cells in tendons.
Symptoms
Unnoticed. With prolonged and/or intense conflict: shortened tendons in the hands, see picture.

PCL phase
Reconstruction of tendons.
Symptoms
Tendonitis, fatigue, pain.
The pain prevents the tendon from being used and this often triggers the original conflict: danger of hanging heals, e.g. Carpal tunnel syndrome in the wrists.
Biological utility
The biological benefit lies at the end of the PCL-B: stronger tendons.
Learn more about this and how to deal with it in the topic day bones, tendons, muscles and joints.
Recognition
A participant in my workshop had been having Achilles tendon problems for about 2 years.
Me: "What happened or changed then? For example, did you go your own way more? Did you choose more for yourself?"
Answer: "Yes, indeed, I then decided to delve into the things that interested me."
After that, the pain was gone.
Note
Often the body is already essentially healed, but because of traces (unconsciously) and/or because of a lack of understanding about the origin of the symptoms themselves, the conflict still flares up regularly. Awareness of the cause of the pain is then often sufficient to make it disappear: the traces/symptoms have lost their function.
